The following plan from BOUND4LIFE sounds like a "God-Plan". We are praying for it's success in being a part of God's strategy to end the taking of the innocent babies in the womb of America's women!

THINK FAST
Think about this: one fourth of this young generation is missing. Drug abuse, cutting and suicide are wreaking havoc on America's youth, but an even more sinister plot is developing. Brothers and sisters are absent from our memory. Friends will never be made. An entire generation has been silently victimized, and it's time to say "Enough is enough." As courageous spiritual and political leaders take their stand against ABORTION what is the young person to do? It's not a time to wait and see what happens. We have to think fast. It's time for a cry to rise, "Let my people go!"

In the Spring of this year, we received an explosion of dreams concerning the LIFE message going into schools. Each one seemed to bring a confirming word that began to fill us with confidence that it was from the Lord. The theme was clear that the reach of the Bound4LIFE message was to be wider than we ever expected. Sure it was exciting, but things began to take shape in a way that we could not ignore. As we waited to see exactly what God was asking of us we began to think about the mass mobilization of High School and Junior High students to fast and pray.

From a worldly point of view that seemed pointless. After all, how can a 15-year-old change the culture by not eating? But we know, and hopefully you do too, that even the youngest in the Kingdom has a voice. Remember, it was a young David that showed up on the field of battle, threw down the cheese sandwiches and declared "Is there not a cause?" (1 Sam 17: 29 KJV)

A Simple Strategy
A simple strategy began to take shape. What if High School and Junior High students fasted their lunch on Fridays and used that time to consistently pray for the ending of abortion? We were pondering this when the following dream came to us.

"I was in a high school cafeteria. I was there to speak to the students. I remember speaking to a teacher first, and she introduced me to the students. I was there to speak the LIFE message. I remember specifically talking about the life bands and making a covenant with the Lord. I explained that the life bands were a covenant, not a fad. I was very serious about this! When I finished preaching, I began to pass out the bands. I brought a HUGE bag of bands, and by the end I noticed that I only had a few handfuls left. I watched the students put them on their wrists."

In the dream, this person literally interrupted lunch in the school cafeteria to spread the LIFE message. The emphasis on the life band speaks of this being an extreme prayer movement. The life band represents the three-fold commitment to PRAY, VOTE & OBEY. Now why do you think God would want to mobilize such a covenant among a demographic that isn't old enough to vote or adopt? Could it be that even now He is preparing a young generation for Himself that will be the ones to reverse the decree of death in our land? Could it be that their prayers will lead the nation into righteousness and justice?

The Vision
We are calling all High School and Junior High students to fast lunch on Fridays and pray to end abortion. Here's what you do:

1. Skip lunch on Friday.
2. Use that small time frame to get together with your Shadrach-Meshach buddies, and pray. It doesn't take a large group. Jesus promised to be wherever two or three are gathered in His name (Mt 18:20), so gather in the hallway, foyer or lawn. It's easy, and the time will go quickly.
3. Focus your prayers on the ending of abortion in the nation, sexual purity for your school, friends you know that have had abortions or are at high risk. Pray in faith and believe that God can intervene in each situation with redeeming love.
4. Do it every Friday consistently. Your fasting will intensify your prayer life and draw you closer to God's heart on the issue. Besides, you can survive one afternoon without salisbury steak and cream corn.

Mobilizing the Band Prayer
Students used to pray daily in public schools all over the nation. A simple 22-word prayer was recited, "Almighty God, we acknowledge our dependence upon Thee, and we beg Thy blessings upon us, our parents, our teachers and our country." In 1962, the pivotal United States Supreme Court case Engel v Vitale removed that prayer from school and with it the covering that it brought. The 22-word Bound4LIFE band prayer was written specifically to replace the one taken out of schools. Since 2004, tens of thousands of people have cried out to God in unison with this prayer.

"Jesus, I plead your blood over my sins and the sins of my nation. God, end abortion and send revival to America."

It has become a powerful point of unity for those wanting to see the holocaust of abortion end and revival come to our nation.

Let's take the next step and actually put this prayer back in schools!

We're not looking for it to be sanctioned by the government, but these students could bring it back into their schools. So get some life bands and finish every prayer time by praying the band prayer together out loud.

Let a cry be heard in heaven and on earth for those that can't defend themselves. Who will be a part of it? Think fast.
